1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bdtbit ("Platform", "we", "us") and users ("you", "member"). By using the bdtbit.cam website or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms set out below.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Age and Eligibility

bdtbit is strictly operated for those aged 21 or above. No one under the age of 21 may create an account or use the platform.

• Assisting a minor in creating an account is a serious breach of these terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdtbit provides various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms and members must read them carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit at bdtbit, up to ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• bdtbit reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• bdtbit reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

VIP tier changes are assessed by bdtbit based on the member's gaming activity. VIP benefits may change at bdtbit's discretion and members will be notified in advance.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtbit platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, collusion, or use of unfair means.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system loopholes.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Playing on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdtbit provides services as an entertainment platform. bdtbit accepts no liability for the following:

11 Account Closure and Suspension

• When a member voluntarily requests account closure as part of responsible gaming.

If an account is closed and there has been no misuse, bdtbit will review the matter of returning the member's actual funds. Bonus balance is not refundable under any circumstances.
